I don't pay attention to who manages what campaign/bounty, and certainly not who's in them.  I'm assuming The-Devil is a participant in one of CCB's bounties, or am I off base? 

Either way, it might have been better had you either found the solution to this by communicating with CCB directly or created a thread like this after you have more than just a suspicion, because right now it looks to me like you're just trying to sling mud in a backhanded way by insinuations and questions that cast aspersions on CCB's reputation.  That's not a great thing to do; if you find sufficient evidence that there's some wrongdoing on CCB's part, feel free to bring it to the community's attention.
