I absolutely do have evidence , far more than enough to make the accusation.  Nobody wants to be in this situation less than me.   But he is not paying me a large win and not replying to messages or a ticket for help. 
What’s true is true.   He is not paying on a site he runs.   
He is scamming now.   There is always a first time.  This is his with me
