If the sale sold out in around 1-3 second, then you maybe unlucky to not get any NFTs due purchase from all user at the same time could lead some lag or site not responding.

It doesn't matter if you can't get NFT on presale or even not managed to get it in all sessions we don't know what benefits we can get as NFT holders

I was also not able to get my hands on Rollbit pre-sale as it got sold out too early from my expectations also within few seconds.But still will try the next time as it's amazing to have one of the crazy Rollbot with me which could bring high profits in future.
