Hey guys,

I use T-Rex 20.3 and I have a problem with one RTX 3090.
No matter what PL I set in MSI Afterburner - the card is stuck at 273 watts and will not get higher.
I am stuck at 110 MHs with this card...


Any suggestions what to do to get this card to the regular 120 MHs?
