Please tell me someone recognizes this and has a fix to it. I shouldn't have to add custom coins backs manually every time metamask decided to upgrade? I don't know any other reason this happened. thank you
There must be something wrong if you upgraded the app and your unlisted token get removed. I think you need to file a report or ask an inquires to them about your case.
I believe what can you do as of now to mitigate that is to try activate the Token Detection feature. You can see what it is about
here. Since you are using mobile wallet, you just need to simply go to the menu > Experimental > tick the Token Detection button.
