Am not stating that this is a scam site, but the 500xBit team needs to allow players full access to their funds without resorting to sending emails etc in my opinion.
How do you want full access to control funds while the site is still under maintenence? Unless he wants to withdraw funds quickly then one way is to send an email along with the data on the left.
I don't know when this site will be normal? while the team has not determined when this will be completed, is it near or long term?
