Hi, Currently We are releasing a new feature in Mineitor that is exactly what you are looking for. But currently only supports BTC(SHA-256) , Here is the supported features:

Mineitor Proxy relay.
****It is not proxy means each miner has its own connection to pool, so you see each miner(worker in pool) separately.

Fast pool switch. ( no need to restart cgminer , or miner itself)
Possibility to Set different pool for each miner.
Possibility to use VPN on relay server.
