This email says that withdrawal is allowed, which already proves that you wasn't scammed.
In addition, you showed on your screenshot that the bets were placed after the game start.
Taking 21845805525 bet in account: on 1xbit starting time was set 00:15 (21:15 for your time zone), but the actual starting time was 00:00. So when you placed your bet - it was already 25 minutes since the game start. You can see start time here:
