I have got this problem with the 5.8B version.
DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!
There is *NO* version 5.8b of PhoenixMiner.
If you have downloaded and installed it delete it *NOW* and scan your computer for virusus.
Only download from the links posted on the 1st page of this forum - all others are fake.
Version 5.7b is the current version.
