We do have one overriding rule that we have no choice but to obey. The amount we give away in free rolls, lottery tickets, reward points and WoF spins can't exceed the income from gambling. When it starts to consistently do that we have to make adjustments. Would you prefer we just left payouts where they are until we go bankrupt and all our customers lose everything?
We wouldn't want you guys to lose money, but remember the wof spins is one of the major reason why a lot of us became premium members. If you change the rules of the game without any prior announcement then we are hodling for a different product entirely.
You set the initial wof table and tagged it "provably fair" but how is it fair when u reduce the odds of us winning anything close to about 99%, without us knowing that the calculation we are verifying has changed.
There are better ways to be more cost effective.
1. Increase the cost of the bonuses
2. Inform the premium members via email about the situation then make changes.
3. Changes should involve reducing the winnings but not virtually removing them
4. Add a gambling incentive to the bonuses.
