On those numbers that include bounty hunters they distribute bounty rewards every two weeks and they have a lot of bounty hunters not only here in Bitcointalk but on altcoinstalk as well.
Since it is withdrawal in your wallet you can withdraw it but withdrawal is quite huge set at 2500 LUT token there is no market for LUT token right now, and listing in the market is still on 2022 unless they change it in their roadmap

Listing is on 2022 but since it's withdrawable anyone with Lut token can withdraw their Lut and get it in decentralized exchange and add liquidity, I don't think I will do it this early I like to see how the dividend sharing works if I can earn $1 USDT a week at all my accumulated LUT tokens at the end of the game I'm good at that.
And if the calculation from the developer makes sense, they can invite the investor and grow their project.
