Better not to bother yourself with this, or things like ghost videos/stories, else you could become paranoid and probably start having paranormal activities around you.
I have observed on the internet world that you attract what interest you, very similar in physical world. So, ignore and maintain your innocent.

However, when you know the Truth you will be terrified. The real world is the Spiritual World, it controls the Physical. It's very likely (more than 80% likely) that the person close to you is controlled by ghosts/spirits/entity that is not his/hers.  If you speak to that person, you are likely not talking to him but the entity.
