the current bill makes the tax change retroactive to Sept 13th of this year... So if you are trying to beat the changes, it may already been to late...

Fucking enrages me too. I don't even care about the "infrastructure" spending. They can increase it to $35 Trillion for all I care. Just don't raise my taxes and empower the IRS.
