Because this forum is for everyone and everyone can comment, as long as they do not break the rules.
Satoshi's philosophy of creating Bitcoin is based on freedom. Limiting it to anyone would be contrary to the philosophy of decentralization, that is, controlling freedom.
I am not saying that this is a perfect solution, I just am explain that if someone agrees with the philosophy of decentralization and freedom, he should also understand such situations.
