1) the group is thought for participants (but joining is not mandatory), anyway if someone else want to join, it's open. To have a few persons more won't be harmful, after all. In any case, if you are interested in a telegram group about Mintlayer, I suggest to join the official community --> https://t.me/mintlayer
2) please DM us when you rank up, we will remove you from the Hero and add to Legendary. If there are 16 legendary and 14 hero that's not a big deal
