Really, they made a new exchange?! Personally, I don't know but I guess it will be difficult to make a new one with the same scam name!
I just check this site and it seems to me that either is trying to scam again or is someone else that trying to steal (doxs rather than funds) by using Livecoin name... In any case smells scam scheme so stay away!
.Please check this because a lot of people saying they got their payment after verify funds source...
