That page in BTCArmory is pretty old and keyserver.ubuntu.com must have updated it URL scheme for search queries.
The current working link should have at least "
&op=index" after the original link.
So this link should work:
keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?search=goatpig&op=index
