I don't feel the urge to explain and/or defend the amount of money and time i'm investing in this venture. I chip in what I can spare and you have to do it with that. If you don't want me to go to represent KDC; don't donate
If I were to go to New York for my own pleasure, ofc I will be paying for my own trip. That logical. But im going for you guys! When it comes to New York donations, the biggest single donation is 2171 KDC. This means I chip in more then any other donator untill this point. Im out on a (personal/pleasure) citytrip to London from april 3 to the 7th. As you have seen, I did not do a fundraiser for that trip
yes but its also a kind of own pleasure. i think its kind of an honor to represent Klondike at the convention so dont see it just as an obligation. so my personal opinion is that as an real believer in Klondike you have to pay more than just the mentioned 79 dollars, which is nothing for a trip to new york. As a sign of my support i will be donating 2600 KDC to you guys.
As I said, I will donate as much as I can but I can't go in with 100% of my KDC. Hopefully KDC price will go up to 20k sat soon then I can sell some and pay a lot myself.
When it comes to deadline, I don't know. But personally I'd say Wednesday. We will have an IRC-meeting tomorrow or on Sunday, then we will go through everything.
