That's the problem here. All the talk about "but his health was bad!!!" is not really making any changes for the situation at all. We are talking about something that is literally about a casino. If his health being bad keeps the casino behind on payments, then that's still a problem as well.
People act as if him being a good person and paying but ending up ill and not being able to pay somehow makes it alright. That is not alright, if he is sick and he can't pay then he is still not paying, the result doesn't change. This is why there needs to be alternative, and the "escrow money beforehand" nowadays is the goal, yet it is still only good for a while and not forever.
The health problem has become an issue that it's justified nonpayment and hot wallet issue, there should be no issue when it comes to payment if they want to keep their reputation, they must all go through the process if they can't pay, the players have all the right to make a complain and create a scam accusation, you really can't blame players they won the money fair and square and they deserve it.
