Thanks! to be clear, the bounty is for someone to write a program that uses tellor (or maybe a side contract?) to "airdrop" some TRB to community members for various purposes automatically. It would be a novel piece of code. Not a coder myself so I don't know exactly what it would look like.
So that's how the purpose of the program that created through the bounty. A contract that can airdroping some TRB to members, it should be reported when it's done, I'll gladly join. 
Well, I can catch the goal in doing this, to increase the number of community members and introduce the tellor network to everyone, by giving them some or a small part.
