Pretty sure China didn't unban Bitcoin. It's just that the regulations they had were like nibbling the edges slowly of what users could use in terms of crypto, and only recently did they completely ban it afaik. Not to mention that some of the so-called bans were just announcements of talks that they will ban crypto, and haven't been passed out yet way back then iirc. China's decision making when it comes to crypto has already been a joke since a few years ago, no need to pay attention to them tbh.
