ERC 20 tokens can I send to my ethereum paper wallet address??
Yes you can do that, your ethereum paper wallet can be used to store your ethereum asset (ERC20)
Can I do the same with TRC 20 & TRC 10, meaning can I send them to my tron wallet address??
You can do the same with TRON asset as it was using the different blockchain. You must use tron wallet. TRON and ethereum have different SHA (address).

Both were using different address, if you wanna get them off from your address and you must open your ethereum wallet if you wanna send ERC20 and TRON wallet if you wanna send TRC20 & TRC10. It must have used different wallet to store both.
Also what about VET & VTHO Can I send my VTHO to my VET address??
As far as i know you can. VET and VTHO used the same platform and address. VTHO just like gas.
