Well I see Polkadot making lots of noise with its parachain auction. I had to do some research on the project and I'm impressed. Not giving this as an investment advice but maybe putting in few dollars could turn out to be profitable for trade purpose only. You should understand that unless Bitcoin does increase in price, neither of this altcoins will be getting any attention. First Bitcoin has to show some positive signs of bull for the altcoins to pick up.
The goodness is that Bitcoin isn't finished yet. We still have a chance of more increase in price before the bull runs comes to an end then we start battling with the bears that might take years. Investing in altcoin might be very risky right now as if misfortune falls on you and your coins doesn't increase but dumped then it means you're trape and this might take years to recover.
