Is this a fake version?  It's sitting in an unused github account, it has no code, no feedback etc.

I downloaded it and got an error that has only one mention on the web - and that is someone saying that it's a virus/fake version.

Error looks like:

There's a big red circle with a white "X"
and the text "Video driver consistency error. Please go back to version 5.5c"
