It's like going around and telling people you have a lot of money on your bank account. We should be more careful when it comes to money, because we don't know in which desperate situation other people are. Hearing about a lot of money can create the weirdest ideas.
I am in general not an open person when it comes to money, this might be because of my upbringing, at home we never talked about money. Also in my culture it is not so common to speak about what other people earn at work and how many assets they have.
