I don't think this is just a token pump and dump, Binance is a sponsor for S.S Lazio and the token has its own uses
Lots of people lost money in the first minute and I have seen them complaining in Binance chat channels. Imagine placing an order at $10 market price only to have it filled at $90 and then the price drops back to $30 within minutes.
It is common for people to panic buying and selling at the beginning of listings, most of them don't understand the state of the token at the beginning of the listing.
