Wrong. 1xbit does steal money which is why their reputation is down the drain.
In case of an account being closed - our security checks it and, depending on the results, restores or refunds it - in both scenario funds are being returned to a player. It is written in our ToS and seen here on the forum.
The same pattern should apply here, once we got a reply about your case - we will post it in this thread. But still you will receive an email in case you didn't yet.
Wrong. The true pattern is stealing customer winnings and deposits and claiming that the customer is at fault by providing detailed excuses without proper proof through emails, posts in this thread etc.
