I see that I can buy bonus spin on WOF by my RP, so I bought 1 bonus spin on WOF for every free roll, but when I go to spin the wheel, I see that the client seed section is FROZEN and I can't change it.
Then I refresh the page to see if the client seed is change and the system not allowed me to spin the wheel and erase my bonus for this roll.
SO WTF?!
Bugs do happen, so... chill down...
Did you try to use the contact form from the faq page or try to PM the owner

Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks like a bug to me. It may be related to the cookie settings too, but.. you better ask the support what's the problem there.
Before I post here, I write to TheQuin, but don't have answer yet(from yesterday to today). I use a contact form too, nothing happen.
Another interesting thing is that when I refresh the page to change auto client seed, the site erase my bonus spin and give me nothing - so I don't think this is a bug, cause I have bonus spin on every hour and the same result.
You should look at the multiply BTC page to see if your WOF spin has been effectively done or not. It can just be a bug of the display.
For the seed I don't why but we can't change it unlike free WOF spins received via emails.
