Just a wondering why the app was taken down by google in the first place was the app reported as scam project or was there a bug in the system
Definitely new apps like that will be buggy. I too did not know why the app was removed from playstore, but the low rating is much more

Nothing special about it that traditional banks does not have in digital form.
Not necessary, you can decide to have it and accept eNaira payment only. But we should not think banks are excluded like I commented above.
