at the moment our local board is not very active than previous years. If you look at our board you will see that it is different than a few years ago.
Numbers are down across the local boards and forum in general so what's happening in Phillipines board is not so different than in others.
if a member here posts and creates threads there is usually no reply or a small number of replies
so other Filipinos have chosen not to post or reply in philipines board.
It's sort of catch 22 - There is a less merit shared in Phillipines board because people write less, but then again people often write less when its harder to get merit.
if you compared to other loacal boards the merits award is very far apart, in other boards their merit source conducts tests/task and if you can do that then you will receive merits.
I don't know about other local boards, but we don't have anything like that in Croatian board. What we do have is a topic where we can report good posts, and those get the merit if they meet the requirements. So something like
this in Reputation board.
