I try, but seems the same problem 
try cl-devices before cuda-devices
--cl-devices [1] --cuda-devices [2]
I will give you all my config rig.
With -D I have :

If I only try --cl-devices [5] I have : No device are set
It is the same for --cl-devices [6] and [7].
Maybe it is the begining of my problem.
