I checked many times and the result is same - when you refresh the page you lose your bonus roll.  
There might be a bug or some problem with the site, the best solution here is to contact the support especially if you did nothing against the rules and did not abuse the bonus system. Just go on their main thread and raise your concern there, they are really helpful so you'll get your answer right away. If you can't still see the the bonus on your account, something is really wrong.

Like I said before - I emailed to support , then pm to TheQuin and checked many times - the result is the same and the answer is missing second day.
When you open a thread it's always a good practice to come back to say how the issue had been solved at the end. It helps people encountering similar problems or asking the same questions as you to know what they can do or to get the answer to their questions.
Finally TheQuin replied to you on the freebtc main thread. Editable client seeds are coming soon.  Smiley You can lock your thread if you want now.

I want to report a problem with Wheel of Fortune. I've opened my ticket from daily email, solved the captcha, and reload the page. After this I got a message "SORRY, THIS FREE SPIN HAS EXPIRED. PLEASE CHECK OUR NEXT PROMOTIONAL EMAIL FOR A NEW SPIN". But I didn't press the SPIN button, just reload the page Huh. Reopening the ticket gives the same message.

I just want to warn other users: DON'T RELOAD THE PAGE WITH THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE.



When you solve the captcha, you actually claim the wof, clicking on the spin button only shows the result.
So if you refresh the page after solving the captcha, it's like you're claiming the wof for second time.
To check what you've got you can check your roll history in multiply section.

Yes, once you solve captcha you have to then click spin otherwise you lose it.



When you play WOF bonus rolls you can't change the client seed and TheQuin or somebody else still not answer me why is that. Cause in that way the provably fair system is killed and I got 31 RP on every roll.

I humbly apologise for not noticing your VIP newbie status with 7 posts all about the same thing. I should have dropped all other work to make an effort to reply to someone so important immediately. Making the client seed editable is already on the to-do list.

The problem still not resolved, so I can't say that the the issue had been solved.

TheQuin said that she did not see my status like I only wrote a status, but the truth is that before that I wrote a personal message to the team, then to her, after a long time I started a topic and only then I started writing posts in the main topic.

The only thing that has happened so far is that the TheQuin tried to argue with me that I was nobody and the problem is insignificant.

And the other thing that happened is that after her post, my profile started asking for verification again before each free roll and although I fulfilled the conditions three times the captcha is not removed - so TheQuin or the team just try to "punish" me...
