They must be already prepared the funds before considering sacking Koeman. Barcelona must have learned much from the crisis, they won't do something that leads them to have financial trouble again. About the current players, although many of them are young players but they are skilled players and quite promising. Xavi has enough experience to motivate them and to improve their perfromances.
