I can't give you specifics. But there are 2 factors, that 12 thousand dollars are not 12K (devaluation). Think of it when BTCiTcoin is a few million, Litecoin is 100K, then DigiByte is not that special at 12k.
And the second factor is to look at BTCiTcoin dominance as a 4ever downtrend thing. (The problem with BTCiTcoin is that people will look at it like looking at a sick man with many diseases and no one wants to take care of him.
) (People will just start removing themselves from being politically involved with the same currency that the banks and other shady entities (like governments) will pretend to hold dear.) 
Bitcoin in a way is the Dollar 2.0 when looking at the dominance chart long term. It will always diminish its dominance.
