It's not only for newbies. My first two rounds were for all ranks, but Newbies - Members were given a head start of one day. From Round #3 everyone will be allowed to guess from the get-go.nakamura12's words are also meant for users ranked Newbie to Member as was stated in his post.
It was supposedly for newbies to members and yet you answered it already.
LoyceV didn't mention any restrictions whatsoever.
