Thank you guys for clearing it up. Its bit sad to lose it, but in the end I was meant to use it for gambling and probably would have lost it anyways.
Its not the first issue with Bitsler, other one was that my friend had. He was withdrawing 10 Litecoins and he accidently put in BTC address . So instead of blocking it and giving you a warning just like primedice does. It just went straight to that wallet and got lost on Coinbase. Fuckers wouldn't help.
Bitsler seems to be ok at the very moment. The customer rep told me they are waiting on admins and will try to help me as much as they can. So I hope I can get some of it back. Considering im not a new player but a GOLD TIER 3 dicer who lost enough on there anyways .

Have you read their TOS? Does it says anything about scenarios like the one you are going through? Because there are some casinos that are very clear about not helping at all in cases like this one and they are not afraid of letting their customers know they will not even bother to recover those coins, I say this because in the case Bitsler actually has the policy to help their customers you can use this in your favor in case the support does not even knows their own TOS and eventually refuse to help.
