As for personal information, so far we require for smooth payments transactions and also to analyze multi accounts, but developing with crypto we might change those requirements in the future. We don't push our players to provide info but now if players would like to fully use our service it is necessary.
This is a huge con op. Majority of the cryptocurrency community including me hate providing our KYC unless absolutely necessary. The requirement to provide our KYC to fully avail the services of your site is ridiculous.
I advise getting rid of this particular requirement asap. Enforce it only when you find something suspicious or shady going on with a player's account.
