How the House Edge could be bigger than 5%? I don't understand. The Hi-Lo game is provably fair, you can change your client seed for every roll while knowing the server seed hash. For 2.0 odds, winning ranges are 0-4750 and 5250-10000 then the RTP is 2.0 x 47.5%=95%

Why I would do that 16xypjnxlrew? The game is provably fair, you can change the client seed for whatever seed you want before each roll and you can check the outcome after each roll. Then even if the game is not fully random with the default generated client seeds you can make it fully random with your personal seeds. But if you have found a way to get more 0-4750 numbers than 5250-10000 ones or the opposite, please tell me how you are doing because I want to make money too...
Roll through 10,000 bets and compare the balance before and after. If you bet 10,000 times for 1 sat you will lose 1,500 sat at the end (10,000*15% = 1,500) not 500 sat (10,000*5% = 500)
