If someone bought the Dogecoin at the highest price, then it is better to wait or change it to other cryptos and make money by exchanges and swap?

If you already made a profit on DOGE I suggest you just order your profit and change it to a better optional coin. However, you may still keep some but make sure you've taken all your capital with at least a little profit from it, so you don't curse yourself the next time it gets dumped again.
