I'm wondering what coins that are very down now that may pump sooner or later.

On my radar is Reddcoin, PIVX and Neblio.  They are all on many good exchanges and are a good staking coin.   Good staking coins often have a way of holding value as they earn you coins while you hold them in a software wallet, which are very easy to backup.
