As interesting and heartwarming this action is, I can't help but got curious about the source of fund for this first donation. Was it from personal pocket which will later reimbursed? Because, if I'm not reading it wrong, then the allocation for charity is rather low, at 0,3% from each transaction, it'll took quite some time to accumulate 500 USD, and I am kinda dubious team managed to reach the number this soon. Or was it gained from selling some token allocated for x purpose? If so, which allocation is it? The 10% marketing because it's seen as a marketing stunt? The 20% allocated for charitable assistance for shelters?

I wonder whether there is the reason for investors to invest in your project. I understood, that you wanted to create a community of people united by the idea of helping homeless animals. But, I think such community will not be enough for geting high level of developing of your project. You idea is really good. But you have to be interesting for investors, who doesn't care about homeless animals.
