If someone bought the Dogecoin at the highest price, then it is better to wait or change it to other cryptos and make money by exchanges and swap?

This is only personal opinion, but if me i will change to a new coin, or it is all depends on economic condition of the trader. Because if i still have spare money to trade, or maybe to regain my capital back and i still can hold my doge while doing it, then i will hold. If don't have other choices then i will sell, because waiting will only waste time and maybe chance to gain profit in other coins.
