Why are you still using so ancient libs? The current actual versions are openssl-1.1.1l, boost-1.76.0, miniupnpc-2.2.2.

Unfortunately, my openssl patch for 1.2.1 is no longer sufficient, so maybe I wait for the next release.
The openssl version used is from Dec. 2019
The openssl Download page says:
