This is one of the common types of scams. When you log in using the username and password they sent to you and try to withdraw the
fake coins, they will tell you that the coins are locked (for some bs reason) and you have to make a deposit first.

I remember reading a similar story but can't find the link to it. Not sure it was you or someone else but then the OP had to contact
the support team to convince them to change the phone number so he could confirm the withdrawl request.
