There was a problem with invitation rewards during the last validation. The rewards for cross-shard invites were not paid. The invitation fund was distributed only among the identities eligible for invitation rewards who had their invitees in the same shard.
We have located the problem and work on the solution which will be announced later. Please follow the updates.

I understand that if I do not implement the invites that I have before the hard fork, I will lose my reward or my invites will not be available for issuance? Why was the dependence of the issuance of invites made on the time of their issuance?
