Regarding the licenses if I'm not mistaken I was once heard they have changed the license names to other companies but I didn't know for sure.
I don't see anything changed regarding the license. Roobet is still registered in Curacao, you can read about it from the link below as well as an excerpt from this roobet site.

I can't recall when exactly I heard about it, so I might be wrong or miscomprehended, I just saw somewhere there are some changes regarding the company "Raw Entertainment B.V", a former from the current one. But yea, I didn't know for sure, so, never mind.
