Send the money you owed him so it will not look like you are scamming him, if you have solid evidence of the allegation which is a very serious one, then have a conversation between the two of you to avoid leaking email or personal information, he seems to deny your allegations and I don't know if he will dare you to come out with a piece of evidence but if he dare you then you are free to do it.

Actually Duckdice.io is only site where you get accused with anything.they accused me with a user before here.the user was having a post here against them.later they paid him 100usd.so thats their policy maybe to accuse any person with anything.as you can see on this post bellow.
