1xBit doesn't stole money.
In case of an account being closed - our security checks it and, depending on the results, restores or refunds it - in both scenario funds are being returned to a player. It is written in our ToS and seen here on the forum.
The same pattern should apply here, once we got a reply about your case - we will post it in this thread. But still you will receive an email in case you didn't yet.

If you have not violated the rules, you have nothing to worry about, you will get your money back. Even if you have violated the rules, you will get your deposit back. Unfortunately, this type of review often lasts even up to 2-3 weeks, so you just need to be patient and you will receive an official answer.
