I've done a thorough check and analysis on the project you mentioned and I don't think it's interesting at all and doesn't have what I want so I'm starting to wonder why you are even asking other people to look at such a project at this time ?
I've also looked at this project and don't see any potential in it, at least not at the moment. I believe it is too early for Real Estates to enter the crypto market. It is very possible that in a few years it will turn out to be a great investment, but it will definitely not happen in the coming months.
