actually they are answering now and that is correct , but they are delivering not enough response in which make the problem more complicated .
I am also aware that the policy of not disclosing the details of violating the regulations does not help to improve the image.
EXACTLY , you got it there mate .. if they really wanted this things to be more clearer and legitimate at least disclosing the details will be the best tools for everyone.
However, I hope that this situation will change over time and that the community will change its mind. I know it won't be easy.
